Education

At Metro Women’s Care, we believe knowledge is a powerful tool, and we want to empower you to be the best parent you can be. With our education programs, you can feel confident as you prepare for your new role. We offer education programs in both one-on-one and group settings. These programs are on a wide variety of important topics and at absolutely no cost to you.

Medical Referrals

At Metro Women’s Care, we can help direct you to the best birthing centers for your needs. Not only can we direct you to healthcare professionals for your own care, but we can connect you with a pediatrician that will support you and your baby once your baby is born.

In our 3 decades of experience, we have supported women in Alexandria, Arlington, Springfield, Annandale, and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about connecting you to a community of women that are there to offer support and guidance. Our certified staff can even link you to a mentor that can answer questions and help you feel equipped to parent confidently.
