Our organization is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit organization exempt from taxation under Section501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code, and gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. A financial statement is available from the Virginia State Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services upon request.
